Delay in delivering properties to quote

Hi,

We have customized a quote template that some of the content are synced from the properties that were being filled in a custom object. But sometimes there are 10-15 mins delay on the delivery. May I know how can i solve it?

Hello @CAw, thank you for reaching out! Checking more details, I suspect it was a temporary delay since HubSpot was unavailable for some customers this morning.( more details here)

Are you still experiencing delays in every quote? Did this recently start happening? The more information, screenshots, and details you can provide, the better I can advise on the next steps.

Hi,

The same happened today. Please see the screenshots below as one of the example we just faced.

The upper image is the customized quote. The "Make/Model" should be synced from the property "Vehicle Model" shown in the lower image. But it got delays in syncing which made "Make/Model" empty in the quote.
