Deals with customer response in chatbot

I was created a chatbot with multiuple questions. Can i retrive the answers and  use it to create customer product card?

Could you please provide us more details on what property the Bot is using to collect the answers? Since products are considered line items and line items (products) are not an object type that can be copied or referenced as an automated action.

 The more information, screenshots, and details you can provide, the better I can advise on the next steps.
