Deal Moved to Next Stage BUT Activity Timeline does not indicate scheduled Mtg

I'm trying to create an alert (Workflow, Report etc.) that will inform the AE that a Deal has been moved to a specific Deal Stage BUT the meeting that should be scheduled for that "next step" has not yet been scheduled.  I've tried setting a Workflow trigger for Deal Stage & Call & Meeting Type but it doesn't seem watertight.

Any suggestions?

Hey @YoelBA-GDS activities can be tricky in automation, when you look for something like "meeting name is unknown" it's still going to look for a meeting, it's not really possible to say something like "run if no activity of this type has been scheduled." 
What I would usually use is "next activity date" is unknown, meaning there's no future activities (such as a meeting or call) is scheduled. So you could say "deal is in stage & next activity date is unknown"

 Well I tried the above but it still flags Deals WITH Meetings.

@YoelBA-GDS maybe you can play with the "Next activity date" property? Combine it with Activity Type and create date?
