Deal Date pipeline

SOLVE

Hello,

We would like to create a deal pipeline/pipeline view which shows the deal stages as months, so that we can see which deals are due to land in which months, (as well as number of deals & value) for sales forecasting purposes.

Ideally it would allow us to use the deal cards so that we can drag and drop deals between months if we need to (as opposed to a report based on close dates)

To clarify, it would be the same deals as we currently have in our pipeline, not new deals.

Can this be done please, and what is the best way to do it?

Many thanks!

Hey @clh2613 at the moment this wouldn't be possible.

You could easily create a deal pipeline and name your stages after months to achieve this. however, a deal can only exist in one pipeline, you can't have a deal that exists in two pipelines and operates independently between pipelines. You could create a report however if you like to break down deals by the due month. This would show you the deal count for each month and you could click on the visualisation to display each individual deal. You won't be able to drag these around from there though.
