Daily Recap of Team's Sales Activity

Hello! The management team likes to get a daily recap of the sales team's activities so they could offer help and watch what the staff is encountering. We have yet to find how to implement that with HubSpot. Has anyone else experienced this and can offer advice?

Hi @GFair-Trucks,

 

The best way to accomplish this in HubSpot would be to create a dashboard, include relevant reports and have that dashboard sent to the management team on a daily basis:

 

https://knowledge.hubspot.com/dashboards/manage-your-dashboards

https://knowledge.hubspot.com/dashboard/email-or-export-reports-and-dashboards

 

As far as the reports go that would be included on that dashboard, that depends on what exactly you'd like to see there. As a starting point, I'd recommend exploring the report library under Menu > Reports > Reports > Create report. Use the search field to the left to look for reports like:

 

Team activity totals

Activity leaderboard by rep with type breakdown

Deal leaderboard - amount closed by rep with stake breakdown

Deals created most recently by rep with most deals

Meetings booked totals by day

Call created totals by day

Contact created totals by day

 

You can all filter these down to only show the previous day or keep them as trend reports over time.

We brought this up during onboarding and Alex @ OpenFlow was able to guide us. 

 

Reporting >> Analytics Tools >> Sales Analytics

 

Left column under Coach Reps & Teams

Team Activity Timeline

then click Filters on the right column and set timeline to Yesterday

Add to a Dashboard

Click the 3 Dots in top right corner and click Share This Report

Set up as recurring and to whom it goes to
