Hi, everyone...

Does anybody know how to press alphabet letters on the dialpad? in the instance of accessing a phone book/Xt #/Directory, many outgoing messages ask for three first letters of the name in order to advance, and I didn´t manage to solve it.

Hi, Jess, its really simple.

In the instance that an OGM asks for the three first letters of the name, (or last name) I've found no way to press the letters, only numbers.

Thanks for sending this over. 

The dialpad just corresponds to a normal dial pad, 2 = A,B,or C etc.

Clicking it once gives you one of those letters. My name is Jessica so it would be (5377422).

Note that we send numbers to the dialer not characters, which means that the numbers shown will never convert to the letter in the UI

Depending on how the extension system works you may need to type the number X amount of times to make the exact letter similar to texting.
