Customizing Product Descriptions in a Quote

Does anyone know if it is possible when building a Quote to have a place for custom language under each product line item that comes from the library? In other words, perhaps the line item is generic and so built in the library (such as "Landing Page") but after that product is added from the Product Library, I'd like to add comments to just that item such as ("built with Acme Co's new brand identity").
