Creating a lead call out program

SOLVE

I am the sales director for a company that just implemented HubSpot and i want some team members that are provided lists from our manufacturer reps  to call out and track in entering leads , how do i use a metric to track these calls and leads enetered

Hi @bkopp,

 

You should be able to create these reports fairly easily via the report builder. Because it's not the MFG rep entering the lead, you would want to have a custom property to identify where the lead came from. You can then build reports that count the number of contacts created and apply that as a filter (along with your timeframe) and a cross object report for activities (calls) and contacts, again using the same filters but instead of reporting out the number of new contacts, you will report on the count of activities.
