Create Quote with a Form Submission?

Hello all! I am looking into ways that a user can submit a form on our site (name, email, product that they're interested in, etc.) that will then automatically generate a quote through HubSpot. Is that possible? 

If so, could these quotes appear in the web browser? Or would they have to be emailed?

What HubSpot Subscriptions would I need to complete this?

I've taken a look at the idea originally linked in this thread, which requests this very feature. There is a note from our Product Team that mentions the following:

"This is still a feature our product teams are discussing, but it is not yet in development, so I am marking it as 'Idea Submitted' for the time being. As soon as I have more updates regarding this feature, I'll update this post right away to let you all know. We know how valuable creating quotes via workflows could be, so please continue to leave feedback around use cases in the meantime, and thank you for your continued patience!"

In short, this is not natively possible in HubSpot as of yet.

This is not possible at this stage within HubSpot, I'd recommend upvoting this Idea in our Ideas Forum regarding this. You can also subscribe to the idea (Options > Subscribe) to get notified if the status changes. This is currently in planning!

Thank you for posting in the Community! 

Automating quote creation is not currently supported. Within workflows, you have the ability to create deals, tickets, and tasks, but not quotes.

As a workaround, you could set up a workflow to create a task every time a form is submitted. This way, your team will know a quote needs to be created.

HubSpot's quote developer documentation indicates that creating and updating quotes through the CRM API is coming soon. Once this is availanle, you will likely be able to work with a developer to create a custom solution to create a quote when a form is submitted using HubSpot's API.

The ability to automate the creation of quotes would be a great idea for our Ideas Forum. This is a great platform for communicating feature requests to our Product Team. It also allows other customers to up-vote and comment on the idea.
