As far as I know, that's currently not possible, at least not out of the box. Users can't be copied on outgoing system emails. It can probably be achieved with custom code actions, copying the meeting information (e.g. the participants) into custom properties. That would however require Operations Hub Professional.
Have your reps considered setting up reminders right within their calendar? Google Calendar, Outlook etc. all have options for a reminder pop-up before a meeting:

Thank you so much for your time and quick reply!! So sad to hear this! They've got their calendar №ifications on. The thing is that the automatic email sent to attendees from Hubspot is way nicer and has the zoom link on it, which would make that reminder much better!
