Conversation inbox mails not getting assigned to my contacts any more...

Hello everyone,

 

I have set up a mailbox at Hubspot. I wrote a wordpress function that adds the hubspot mailbox BCC address to any mail sent by wordpress.

 

In the past, all of the wordpress mails appeared in my hubspot mailbox on the one hand but were also assigned to existing contacts / created a new contact on the other hand.

 

Unfortunally, this does not happen anymore 😞  The mail appears as a copy in the mailbox, but is neither assigned to existing contacts, nor creates new ones (for contact form messages, for instance)

 

How to solve this / what might be the issue?
