ConnectLeader Calling Outcomes Help

We use a dialing service for our sales calls. Even though calling outcomes can now be customized, we are unable to get these custom outcomes to transfer from our dialing service to hubspot. Our other outcomes transfer over just fine. Is there something we can do with the API to fix this?

Hello @katiestill 

 

Are you using an integration to send this information from your dialing services? And the names on the outcome matches in HubSpot and there? I believe in order to import the correct information you will need to match the same same.

Also before when you mentioned "Our other outcomes transfer over just fine" that worked with HubSpot defaults calling outcome?
