Collect utms with the Meeting tools

Hey guys,

We use a few meeting links to allow visitors on our website to book demos directly with sales reps. I would like to collect utms and find out where a contact came from before he scheduled a meeting.

I tried to leverage the 'Campaign/Source/Medium of last booking in meetings tool' properties for that purpose. (https://knowledge.hubspot.com/contacts/hubspots-default-contact-properties)

But when I tested it by accessing the meeting form through an URL I added utms to and filling a meeting form, only the 'date of last meeting booked' updated correctly, the other ones still have no value.

Is there something I'm missing here ? Does anyone manages to use these properties for the same purpose ?

Hello @LucasGhc ,

You can also get your utm_source, utm_medium, etc... with the meeting links. 

For example, in a meeting link you can have a url like this : https://meetings.hubspot.com/test?utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=socialmedia

These informations will go into Hubspot through the properties :

Source of the last meeting booked
Medium of the last meeting booked

Hi Bruno!

Can we track dynamic URLs too? I have 24 variations inside one my Linkedin campaigns so certainly there is no way where I can add all of those 24 custom UTMs for each events 🙂
