Closed messages in Hubspot Inbox remain in Facebook page inbox

When I mark a message closed in Hubspot, am getting a reminder from Facebook that the message is remaining unanswered. Does the hubspot action not mark it as done in Facebook? 

Is there something I am missing, how best to manage this?
