Closed Won Deal notifications to Microsoft Teams or Company E-mail

We are looking for a way to notify the entire company when a Deal is Closed Won (not just HubSpot users). I thought about using Zapier to connect to Teams but it is $50/month. Has anyone found another solution that is free? Would sending to an external e-mail work? Trying to come up with something easy and cost effective.
If you create a contact-based workflow, this will allow you to send a marketing email as an internal notification email but to email addresses you specify, not just users.
Unfortunately, deal-based workflows do not support this currently.

Hi Phil,
Although this doesn't solve my issue since it is Deal based, this may solve another problem we are having. We send an internal newsletter via Outlook every month. We wanted to send it through HubSpot using a list but the upkeep on the list with employees coming and going would be awful. Would this work if I just send the email through HubSpot to the "All Employees" e-mail address? If yes, can you point me in the direction to set it up? I tried but I think I was choosing the wrong trigger. What would be the trigger? Are there any links you can provide for instractions? Thanks!
