Choosing a default bluetooth device for calls (headset)

Hey!

I use a bluetooth earphone as my headset for making calls, but everytime I start a new call I have to change the audio of my speakers to my headset (in the call hub), because the default is another one.

Does anybody know how to change this default? I couldn't find it anywhere.

Hello @PamCotton!

Thank you for the articles, they helped a lot, but it seemed that real problem was with the default microphone configurations on the Windows system itself, so I changed the default there using the "troubleshooting tool" and now it works fine, but thanks anyway!

How are you? Thank you for posting your question in the Community!

To start, here is an external article to walk you through allowing microphone access in Google Chrome. Users will need to set their default in their browser.

Also will send you one of our internal article ( here ) for troubleshooting your microphone as well.
