Hello, we want to integrate the hubspot chatbot into our website. Its task is to convince visitors to subscribe to our newsletter.
After requesting the visitor's email address, the chatbot always ends the conversation without jumping to the subsequent point for the newsletter subscription. The chatbot stops exactly between the second last and last point (see image), regardless of whether it already knows the email address or not. At the chatbot point newsletter subscription, the referenced value e-mail is displayed in green.
Question: Does anyone have an idea why the chatbot always ends the conversation too early?
