ChatBot Not appearing

I am trying to set up a ChatBot to appear on my website, roxtonindustries.ca,'s mobile view. Unfortunately, after many attempts to tinker with it, it is refusing to show up on phones or tablets. It works fine on desktops and laptops. We have tried adjusting the targeting rules and appearance settings but nothing seems to be affecting it. Any recommendations on how we can fix this?
