Chat workflow/bot

Hi,

I'd like to insert a workflow or bot into our chat that automatically executes actions after a set delay.

Example: after 5 minutes without a message in the chat the bot asks "Hi custoemr, are you still there?"; after another 5 minutes the chat and the converstion closes automatically

This is not possible at this stage within HubSpot, I'd recommend upvoting this Idea in our Ideas Forum regarding this. You can also subscribe to the idea (Options > Subscribe) to get notified if the status changes.
