Hey,

- Is there anyway to show the pop up welcome message only the first time when soemone visits the website?  Right now, it pops up on every page the same user visits.  We received complains about it.  But if it turns off , it's compeltely off. 

 

-Or show the pop-up after visiting a few pages.

I was coming on here to post about the same thing! An alert when someone starts a chat would be highly beneficial!

Yes, it's especially frustrating that if you close the chat, it will reopen when you visit another page.

This is another feature we've lost since switching to HubSpot's chat tool. When we used LiveChat Inc. we were able to set it so chat greetings only popped up for users on their first visit to our website. Customers are complaining that they have to close the chat each time.
