Chat popup avatar selection

Currently you cannot specify which sales person avatars show for chat.

It would be useful to have the ability to chose whose headshots show or just have a single person's headshot show (i.e. VP of Sales).

would love this too! in the meantime, i might suggest just having a generic avatar and a name like "Support" and then the reps name can show up in the actual chat itself. decent workaround for the timebeing
