Capture Lead then have them schedule an appointment

SOLVE

We would like to use a Hubspot web form to capture lead data, once the form is submitted we want to create the new contact, then prompt the user to book an appointment with the scheduling app.

special consideration:

There is a custom "location" field on the lead form.  We want to pop the calendar for the specific location selected in the form.  So if we have 12 locations, we would be maintaining 12 different Google Calendars.

Short A: Not built-in native HubSpot functionality.

Longer A:
Modifying the follow-up prompt and/or HubSpot Thank You Page (TYP) content based on form field input isn't built-in native HubSpot functionality. However, forms tools like Typeform or (WordPress) Gravity Forms handle this natively.

One workaround solution using built-in native HubSpot functionality would be to EMAIL your new contacts, and personalize the marketing email using the appropriate location-based calendar meeting link -- i.e., based on the location field input at lead capture time. You'd want to use a HubSpot Contact Workflow to populate each new contact with the appropriate location-based calendar meeting link before send time. This all could take place within 1-2 minutes -- (shortest time recommended).

Your HubSpot TYP could read something like, "Check your inbox for our personal meeting invitation."

Added benefits of using the marketing email method described above include...

- we get to confirm the email address of the marketing contact. - this helps clean junk email addresses out of our CRM.

- we get to log both a marketing email 'open' plus an email 'click' for the new email address. - this helps improve our marketing email sender reputation.

- we can use workflows to auto-manage follow-up marketing email for confirmed subscribers who fail to book meetings after the 1st invitation. - recommend we use with care.

Hope that helps.
