Can you add a watermark to quotes?
SOLVEIs it possible to to add a watermark on our quotes that says something like "CONFIDENTIAL"? It should appear on all pages of the quote and look something like this:

As far as I know, you can’t add a watermark directly to HubSpot quotes using the native tools. The quote templates don’t currently support watermarks as a feature.
If this is something important for your sales process—like marking a quote as a draft, or for internal use only—I’d recommend adding it to the HubSpot Ideas Forum. That’s the best place to share feature requests, and the product team actively monitors it for feedback.
In the meantime, your best workaround would be to download the quote as a PDF and manually add a watermark using a PDF editor before sending it.
