Can't see the activity on a contact


I'm currently not able to see the activity on my contacts. Selecting a contact gives me a "Sorry that didn't go according to plan" message. Refreshing the page doesn't help.

Are you still experiencing this issue?

If so I recommend trying the following steps: 

  • Try using an incognito window and another browser
  • If the issue isn't present in incognito, then clearing your browser's cache & cookies (instructions here) may help
  • You can also try to disable some of your browser extensions to see if they are conflicting with HubSpot.
  • Apart from that, you can try to figure out if this only happens for certain team members, in certain networks or for certain parts of the tool
