Call disconnects when adding a new contact

When I make a call to a company and determine who the decision making contact is, the screen will change to the new contact and disconnect the call that I am currently on.

 

Am I doing something wrong?

Hi @Conzo427,

 

If you have access to HubSpot technical support I would recommend reaching out to them as the issue sounds like it is specific to your portal and may involve a screenshare to resolve.

Thank you for your suggestion.  I did a screen share with them and apparently it is a significant design flaw in the system.  She sent it to the product team for review.
