Calender synchronization with outlook Desktop

Hi everyone, 

the Hubspot support seems to rarely have the following issue:

Customer is working with outlook, no Office 365 or Google, just Outlook 2010/2016/2019. Everything is working great, but how do we sync outlook with hubspot without having to go through 365/google? Someone must have programmed an outlook plugin with the following interface:

Or do any of you have another solution? Because we would then create a google account and sync everything with Gsyncit, but we hope for some help of the comunity.
