CSV Import: Not supporting Chinese characters

So I was trying to import a list of deals using CSV import, and all Chinese characters have become garbled code. What can I do? Those companies have no English names... Thanks

Hey @matthewtsh are you using Excel or Google sheets to create your CSV file?

HubSpot offers two import methods for special characters, they are both outlined here: How can I include special characters in my import file?

Let me know where in this process you are hitting a roadblock 🙂
