Any update on this? Because my just this morning my entire email was deleted when I clicked tracked emails. And it was a pretty long email - talk about frustrating!
Not sure if you saw my reply from last month, but I just sent an email and the same issue happened.
Why does the support team keep saying this issue is resolved when it isn't? I am more than willing to work with your support team to ensure this issue is actually resolved.

Ugh, I am sorry you are still experiencing this issue! After my previous conversation with Support, they expected the issue to be completely resolved through an Outlook update (pushed by Microsoft) over the summer (in July).
As you are still experiencing the issue I have reached back out to see if they can get another update from Microsoft as to when the update will be pushed (and if it already has been, then making sure we take the correct next steps with you!).

If someone on your team wants to discuss with me directly or do a screen share to see the issue in real time, please let me know. It would be great to close this minor annoyance with the HS add-on that I use every day.

Thanks for the update. Do I have to update the addon, delete/reinstall or anything for it to work? I just tested it and it is still deleting my lists and such.
