Branding Not Showing in Quotes

I have a few quotes in my account that should footer branding marks that seem to want the favicon. The issue is that in the footer, I am seeing the default/blank profile photo for my company. I have previously updated my branding so I don't really know what else needs to change or what I am missing.

This issue is still not resolved. Has support decided not to bother with this ongoing issue anymore? Nearly a full year since the Hubspot team took note to this issue. I guess free accounts are not considered worth support's time.

I apologize on behalf of the community team - it looks like this case slipped through the cracks. Our free users are definitively worth getting support from HubSpot and we want to solve this with you. 

I had a look at this with the team. Would you mind uploading a perfectly square image to your file manager (to access the File Manager on the free plan, click Marketing > Email > on the left, click More > Files) and then sharing with me the URL of this image by DM? 

I'll see then with the team to update this on the backend
