Autopopulation of Company Info/Details into a deal
SOLVE
Is there a way to have any or all company details (such as parking lot square footage or contract type) autopopulate into a new deal that is created so that we don't need to keep re-entering information into deals?

Autopopulation of Company Info/Details into a deal
SOLVE
First, make sure you have custom properties set up in HubSpot to store the specific company details you want to autopopulate into deals, such as "Parking Lot Square Footage" or "Contract Type." You can create custom properties for companies to capture this information. Set up a workflow in HubSpot that triggers when a new deal is created. You can define the criteria for this trigger based on your business process.
Within the workflow, add an action to set the properties in the newly created deal. You can use the "Set property value" action and map it to the custom properties you created earlier. When configuring the "Set property value" action, map the custom properties in the deal to the corresponding properties in the associated company record. You can use the "Copy a property value from a contact/company" option to map these properties. Test your workflow to ensure that when a new deal is created, the business information API details are autopopulated into the deal. Once you are satisfied with the results, activate the workflow.
If you have a Professional subscription, yes, this is possible. You would create a company-based workflow that re-enrolls companies based on "Number of associated deals is known". You can then use the "Copy property value" workflow action to copy values from company to all associated deals.
Without a Professional subscription this is not possible.
