Automatically create deal when e-mail is send

Is it possible to automatically create a deal when an e-mail is send with en increasing Quotation number.

The company & contact is known.

We use an ERP system for our Quotations and this is always leading, we cannot make offers in Hubspot.

We use Sales Hub Proffesional.

Hi @JvanRaak , no you dont need service pro (you can just create conversation inbox workflow, if you want to create ticket based workflows then you will need service pro). If you have connected a inbox you can go to settings > inbox > inbox > choose inbox > automation tab > see screenshot below. Does that help? 🙂

I do not think this is a sollution, when I assign tickets for all e-mails received, they are linked to myself as contact and also our company. But the ticket should be created with the person who the mail was adressed to, not to the BCC.

If in your case somehow you identify in hubspot that quote is send with updated number like any property is updated so then you can create a worklfow to create a deal for that and for this you just need to check updation of this new property in workflow trigger and in second action in workflow you can add an action to create record.

Hi @JvanRaak , do you send your e-mails fromout the conversations inbox, fromout HubSpot CRM of directly fromout Gmail/Outlook? 

It is possible to setup the conversation inbox and create incoming e-mails as ticket. You can use the ticket name contains X to automaticly create a deal. See for example the workflow below. Otherwise you can also send the e-mail to a bcc address in the conversation inbox to create a ticket and create the workflow below.

We send our offers from Outlook365, and log them in Hubspot.

Is it correct that the sollution with creating tickets is only possible when you also have Service Pro for ticketing?
