Is there a way that I can create a workflow to remind leads of an upcoming meeting?

Hi @Thomas_Carlsen ,

I suppose this is currently not possible in hubspot. 

But you can always schedule the reminder emails under :

meetings > edit your meeting link > automation > and toggle on the pre reminder button > set the time according to your need
