The arrows that let you cycle through contacts in your Call Queue should still be there. We updated the interface of the CRM, so some things look a little different but the arrows should still be there. Once you go to your Call Queue and click Start calling, a green bar should appear at the top of the page that has a pause/start button and arrows to skip contacts. It looks like this:
