Why does the bot advise the person that there is no one available when I am set to "Available"?

Hello @oliviaoverton,

 

Currently, HubSpot Bots when are using the action "Send to team member" you can only handoff a chat conversation to users who have a paid Sales Hub or Service Hub seat.

 

If you set up a team, make sure the users in the team have the paid seats in order for the Bot to send to a live agent.
