Calling in Hubspot is great! It has made some major improvements over the last few weeks and we are really enjoying it. As a team that is ramping up call volume, I wanted to share a tip that would really help sales teams adopt it more widely.
If you want Sales Reps to really adopt the calling feature you should allow users to select the Call Type and Outcome before a call is over. This will streamline the process of logging calls and reduced friction = more adoption.
