I accidentally hit the "x" on the wrong notification. Is there a way to bring it back? It was for a prospective client and now I can't tell if they're interested.

Please help!

Hi Ed

My Activity Feed seems to have updated today and I cannot see what I usually can. I usually have visibility of the latest activity within my team - about the latest 20-30 activities and this keeps me on top of recent developments. However, my dashboard has just refreshed and it seems the functionality has now changed. I can't see any activity and instead get told to upgrade my account to Sales Pro. I don't want to see the 840+ items that are there, I just need to be able to see the last few that I used to see. Do I really need to upgrade my account to be able to see this helpful overview?

Look forward to hearing from you.

Many thanks

Helen

Hi @helenstrafe

If you are a free user, you will not receive further notficiations after going through your alloted 200 notifications.

Are you able to see your notification stream now that it is a new month?

Thank you,

Jenny

Hi @jennysowyrda

Thanks for your response. It turns out that for some reason the Marketing Dashboard was showing rather than the Sales Dashboard so all resolved, thank you!

Eeek. I just did the same thing. You guys might want to move that 'x' its in a really bad location.

So does that mean the tracking of that email is gone?

Hi @lbus13,

The information from the notification, such as opens, will still live on the contact record.

Thanks,
Jenny
