Hi @MattyB24 I'm not able to view the google doc you linked - and I'm not sure if you want to recreate the google doc info in HubSpot or surface it directly in a dashboard.

I have the same question. Perhaps Hubspot isn't meant for enterprise B2B selling where account plans are table stakes. Has any enterprise B2B sales org solved for this inside of hubspot or with a 3rd pary connected tool?
It seems like a massive miss for the CRM and sales tool to not have a way to leverage the rich data already captured in the CRM and deal cards, and to have sellers have to create a word doc and add that data manually.
@DNenzel are you looking to generate an account plan directly in HubSpot? The previous question was how to surface an existing plan which is why I offered the option to embed it.
Are you using ABM tools in HubSpot already? you mentioned not being able to leverage the CRM and deal data, all of this can be done via custom CRM cards and there are also numerous ABM integrations, some leveraging AI, that will give you the business data you'd typiocally find in ana account planning doc.
It'd be helpful to understand how you're leveraging HubSpot currently, what your ABM process/tech stack looks like, and what information you feel is missing to determine the best way to generate it directly in HubSpot.

Something as simple as capturing Goals to move an account forward in the next 30/60/90, a way to map the internal political landscape, capture notes about the competitive landscape of the account, etc. Currently we've had to Copy & Paste a template into the 'Notes' section manually.
Thanks Jennifer, much appreciated. The Google doc linked appears to be with one of HubSpot's partners. It allows you to download a free copy of an Account Plan. Still doesn't live directly on the Customer landing page, but good ammo to build and refine.
