AI reporting

Hi,

I have a Professional account and have both content prompts and customer analysis enabled in AI Assistants. I want to use AI in reporting but don't seem to have the AI option when I create a new report, can anyone advise where this would be?

Has anyone had luck with the AI report builder? When I attempt to use it, the results are so completely unrelated to my prompts that it would be quicker to start the report from scratch than it would to edit the results to get what I want. For example:

The AI must be hopelessly bad to return a count of Record ID, Email, Create Date, Lifecycle State, and  Country/Region when I asked for Contacts, Leads, and Deals. 

Am I doing something fundamentally wrong here? I asked ChatGPT to give me instructions to create the same report and it did an okay not great job, but anything is better than getting back something totally unrelated to what I asked for.

Had exactly the same thought/question but thanks to the above info I can now see its expected 29th July to tenancy 🙂  So we'll probably wait for gen release.

this is still in Beta

You can find the beta and join in the Product updates option under your photo

once you have done this

you should be able to find the option in the report builder

Edit: Updated my post with instructions for how to find the beta.

As far as I know, this was announced but has not rolled out to all portals yet. The AI assistant for reports is still in beta. You can find it here:
