emails not logged

Hi,

I have connected my gmail account, however the email I sent from gmail is not logged and I can't see it in the recent activity under the existing contact. Could you please help?

Hi @AnnL,

Connecting your your personal email does not automatically track/log emails sent from your Gmail – only when these emails are sent through the HubSpot app.

If you want emails tracked automatically when sent from your Gmail (not from within HubSpot), you need to use the HubSpot Sales extension for Chrome: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/email-tracking/get-started-with-the-hubspot-sales-chrome-extension
