Wrong email displayed on Google Calendar

Hello, I am having some trouble with the meetings link / gmail displayed on the google calendar.

We are using a hosted email (Ionos). However I would like to connect our google calendar for meeting confirmations. The email we used to set up the Google Account - is a gmail. Within the google account, we have our correct Contact email - our hosted email address which we use on all our marketing and communications.

The issue I'm having is that the calendar shows the google account email as the organiser, not our hosted email - the contact email. Is there any way around this? I need our hosted email on the calendar because this ios the confirmation all of our customers will receive.

Hey @MYS, since the meeting links are "booked" on the Google Calendar, there isn't a way in HubSpot to set the owner to your hosted account.

You could try to "transfer" ownership in the Google calendar event, but that's a manual process. 

Ionos is not a supported calendar integration with HubSpot calendar tool. See this article about connecting calendars.

The option to fix this would be to migrate your business email to Google Workspace or Office365.

Also, is there a way to turn off auto-fill in the meeting links? I've done some tests where I have gone to book a meeting using the link and all of the fields are auto populated.
