I’m reaching out to inquire about changing the Lead Pipeline Stage of a Lead based on the Last Contacted Date. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed that the Last Contacted Date is not available on the Lead object.
Utilizing the Last Contacted Date from the Contact object, however, prevents the use of the Re-enrollment feature, as properties need to reside within the same object.
Could you please advise if there are any alternative methods to enable the Re-enrollment feature while using the Last Contacted Date?
I also couldn't use the Last Contacted date for re-enrollment in a Lead-based workflow. That said, depending on the enrollment and/or actions being taken, you might be able to use a Contact-based workflow. Otherwise, have you considered using 'Last Activity Date' instead? This has a very similar definition to 'Last Contacted Date' as noted in this Knowledge Base article.
Best, Kennedy

I tried using the “Last Activity Date,” but unfortunately, the workflow still detects a date when it shouldn’t. I believe I specifically need the “Last Contacted Date” from the Lead Object within the workflow.
Do we have any indication of when this might be available?
What if you create a sync property on the Lead from the Contact? That way the Last Contacted would always be updated on both records and you'd be able to use the Lead version in the workflow.
Otherwise, I am not sure if the Last Contacted is something on the radar for Leads, but you can always consider creating a post on our Ideas Forum here!
