Snippets only visible to superadmins

Hi everyone,

unfortunately, the team cannot work with our snippets at the moment, because they are just not visible for them. Not even when they go into the snipptes section of hubspot.

This only applies to everyone that is not super-admin. Me and another collegue who is super-admin can see the snippets.

After a lot of searching I cannot find the reason they are not showing to the rest of the team. What could be the problem? What am I missing?

Can you confirm that the requirements from the yellow info box here are met for the affected users? (specifically seat assignment and sales access) https://knowledge.hubspot.com/conversations/use-snippets#manage-snippets

Have you also checked the sharing settings for the existing snippets?

Likely a permissions issue – in HubSpot, only users with the right Sales/Service Hub seat and permissions can view or use snippets. Since super-admins can see them but others can’t, check that:

• Each user has a paid seat (snippets aren’t available on free seats).

• Proper permissions for Sales Tools are enabled in their user settings.

Adjusting these should make snippets visible to the rest of your team.
