Sequences: what if someone replies from another email?

SOLVE

Hello there!

I have a client who is facing this issue. When someone replies to one of the emails of their sequence, it does it from a different email address, so the sequence doesn't unenroll as it should. Of course, they could unenroll these cases manually, but someone knows if there is a more automated way to do the same?
