Not able to connect Hubspot with a IMAP emailadress

Hi,

I just tried to connect hubspot with my Outlook email adres (not Microsoft 365) So i tried to use the IMAP integration, but the connect field at the bottom stays gray, so i can't click it. Who can help me out?

Hey @CSeesing you might need to expand the "Advanced Options" because other details might be needed.

For instance, there needs to be an incoming and outgoing mail server.

Can you confirm where in HubSpot you're seeing the "Connect Inbox" button? Are you connecting a Personal Inbox through Settings > General > the "Email" tab ?

Also, if you hover over the grayed out button, does it give you any further indication as to why it's grayed out? Often in HubSpot, grayed out buttons will have additional details if you move your cursor over them.
