Multiple enquiries for different products covered by different sales team
As a Holiday Park operator in the UK our customers may enquire into several different parks, in fact we would encourage it (more opportunties for us to win the business). Sales team work independently on each park and their CRM should be limited to just their own pipeline which can be achieved through their settings. The challenge I am facing is that when a customer enquires at multiple locations only the owner of the record (or the team should we choose) can have access. With contacts limited to one per customer by email address. I am struggling to find a solution allowing multiple prospecting journeys by multiple sales people at the same time. Can anyone help?
