Hi, my colleague can' t click on the button ''Logging meeting'' in their record under ''meetings''. He has a sales professional seat. How can we solve this so that he can log a meeting?
Is the user able to share a screenshot or share what "hover" message he/she is seeing?
Quite often HubSpot is pretty helpful with these types of error message. My gut feeling would be a restriction to the user's "communicate permissions", if this is set to anything other than "all contacts" and the contact in question is not owned by the user, the user will most likely not be able to log calls or meetings - depending if you have teams, etc. But that would be the first thing I check.
