Lead rotate workflow

Hello Community 

Hope everyone is doing well. My Org have been maintaining the workflow for Lead rotation and it's working fine but we have some isseus with the workflow,

1. Number of leads allocation between SalesRep is not equal (not sure why)

2. The workflow is allocating Leads to deactivated users also, but it should only allocate to active users

Is there any Hubspot Lead rotation workflow creation sample video which helps us or any other suggestions also welcome. Please do help us, thanks.

Hi @RSiddula,

How are you measuring whether the lead allocation is evenly distributed?

Regarding your second point, this seems like a bug / oversight. I'd recommend reaching out to HubSpot customer support via the purple in-app help widget in the bottom right corner of the HubSpot app.
