Not in the quotes section, unfortunately, no.
Margin data are available through the Custom Report Builder (Menu > Reports > Reports > Create custom report > Custom Report Builder) when you select Deals and Line items as data sources:

No actually. You can see only the unit price and total amount on the quotes.
