Thanks for adding me to this conversation and for helping out, @Josh! ⭐
Hi @Sfx, I'll be happy to assist with troubleshooting as well. 🙂
It looks like the error message you are seeing is related to a new permission set we've added for connected inboxes.
It seems like you do not have the right permission to connect your email address to HubSpot.
This is brand new permission that we introduced allowing more control on whether users are allowed to send emails from HubSpot or not.
Please get in touch with a Super Admin in your portal and ask them to edit your permissions and grant you the permission under Account > settings > Personal email address.
Once the permission is granted, do not hesitate to refresh, disconnect/reconnect, clear cache and cookies if necessary, since it can take a bit of time for the permission to propagate.
If this still does not work, I would happy to investigate further with our internal team.
Can you try out the steps above and let us know how it goes, please?
Potentially there is something on the Google side that is blocking the application from working correctly. Do you have an email/Google admin that you can contact to check that?
Did this post help solve your problem? If so, please mark it as a solution.
