Booking meeting over existing meetings

Is there a way to allow Hubspot to allow you "double-book" a meeting when suggesting meeting slots.

I often have non-essential meetings in my diary and I would like to offer the same meeting slot to a client, and later re-schedule the original meeting.

Yes, to do so, you would simply set these non-essential meetings in your calendar as free (and not busy). You should see this option in your Google calendar or Outlook calendar options when you edit a calendar event:
